Automation is in the plan
Messago includes greeting and fallback on Starter, keyword rules and business hours from Growth, and the visual flow builder on Pro — inside the plan price. AiSensy’s pricing page lists chatbots and AI agents as add-ons "charged separately on top of any plan": ₹2,500/mo for five flows, ₹3,500/mo for one AI agent.
Seats come with the tier
Messago’s seats are part of the plan — 3, 5, 7, then unlimited on Enterprise — with nothing per-seat on the invoice. Every AiSensy plan includes one owner and five agents, and each additional agent is ₹750/mo; Pro includes no more seats than Basic despite costing twice as much.
API and webhooks at the entry price
Messago ships outbound webhooks on every paid plan, Starter included, and API keys from Growth. AiSensy’s published plan matrix gives Basic and Pro no webhooks at all: one webhook on Premium at ₹9,100/mo, three on Unlimited at ₹45,000/mo.
Unlimited numbers, and a stated hosting location
Messago includes unlimited WhatsApp accounts on every paid plan and hosts Enterprise on a dedicated server with data in India. AiSensy’s plan comparison states no per-plan allowance for WhatsApp numbers, and their privacy policy names no storage region.
