Build the conversation by dragging steps
A canvas of steps wired together. Ask a question, branch on the answer, call your API, and give every outcome — including the failures — somewhere to go.
The API step maps fields out of the response and keeps them for the rest of the conversation.
The reply is composed from those fields, so it says this customer’s courier and date.
The failure branch exists. A lookup that comes back empty hands off instead of stalling.
How it works
01
Drop the steps on
Drag what the conversation needs onto the canvas — a question, a condition, an API call, a hand-off — and wire them together.
02
Store what you learn
A question step saves the answer under a name. An API step maps fields out of the response the same way.
03
Branch every outcome
Each button gets its own path, and each condition gets both sides. Nothing is left with nowhere to go.
04
Publish and watch it run
Start the flow from a keyword, a greeting button or another flow. Edit and republish without touching live conversations mid-run.
What it does
Eleven step types
Answers are remembered
Anything a question step stores, or an API step maps, stays available to every later step in the conversation.
The agent sees them too
Stored values can be surfaced in the contact panel, so whoever picks the chat up already has the order number and the context.
Failure has a branch
A lookup that returns nothing, a timeout, an unexpected reply — each gets its own path, and the usual one is a hand-off to a person.
Flows can call flows
A step can jump into another flow, so a shared piece — identify the customer, take an address — is built once and reused.
What the customer sees
None of the canvas. Just a short exchange that asks one thing, answers with their own details, and stops when it should.
