WhatsApp auto-replies
Everyone gets an answer, straight away
A greeting on the first message, keyword rules for the questions you already know, business hours for the ones that arrive at midnight, and a fallback so nothing ends in silence.
Priority decides which rule wins when two could match the same message.
Business hours are set per day, with a separate message for out of hours.
The fallback catches anything unmatched and hands the chat to a person.
How it works
01
Set the greeting
Write what a first-time message gets back, and add up to ten buttons so the customer can pick instead of typing.
02
Add keyword rules
For each question you already answer daily, set a trigger, a match type and what should happen.
03
Set your hours
Business hours per day, an out-of-hours message, and a choice of whether automation runs only in hours or around the clock.
04
Catch the rest
The fallback picks up anything no rule matched, so a conversation never ends in silence.
What it does
Greeting with up to ten buttons
The first message of a new conversation gets an immediate reply with a menu, so the customer chooses rather than guessing what to type.
A fallback, so there are no dead ends
When nothing matches, the fallback answers and can pass the chat to a person instead of leaving it unanswered.
Quiet-time reset
After a set period of silence the next message is treated as a fresh conversation, so the greeting fires again instead of resuming mid-thread.
Business hours per day
Different hours for each day of the week, with a separate out-of-hours message, and a switch for whether automation runs in hours only or all the time.
Four match types
Exact, contains, starts with, or a pattern. The same trigger word can behave very differently depending on which you pick.
Priority decides the winner
When two rules could match the same message, the higher priority one runs. Nothing fires twice.
Six things a rule can do
Reply with text, send an approved template, send media, start a flow, hand the chat to a person or team, or opt the contact out.
What the customer sees
A reply in the first second, at eleven at night, with buttons instead of a form. If nothing matches, a person is told rather than the customer being ignored.
