Are message charges included?
No. WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta, priced per message and by category, and passed through to you at cost. The plan price is for the platform; the messaging is Meta’s.
What does annual billing save?
Annual is ten months for twelve — you pay for ten and get the year. That is the “2 months free” you see on the toggle.
How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect?
Every paid plan — Starter, Growth and Pro — includes unlimited WhatsApp accounts, so adding another number does not mean moving up a tier.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up when you need more seats, WhatsApp numbers or automation, and the new limits apply straight away.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Razorpay. Pick a plan, create your account, and pay securely — your workspace is ready as soon as the payment clears.
